Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags, accessories, and parts

  • Some items (perishable, digital goods, custom-made) may not be returnable (you may define exceptions)

Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@craftyinnovator.org to request a return, providing order number and reason

  2. We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) and return address

  3. Ship the item back (you pay return shipping unless defective)

  4. Once we receive and inspect, we will notify you

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after we approve the return

  • Refund will be to the original payment method

  • Shipping and handling charges (original or return) may not be refundable (unless item is defective or error on our part)

Exchanges

  • If you want to exchange for a different size, color, or product, contact us and we’ll guide you

  • You may need to pay the difference or additional shipping

Defective / Damaged Items

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos

  • We will replace or refund, and we may cover return shipping for defective items

Non-returnable Items

  • Items marked “non-returnable” or “final sale”

  • Digital downloads, gift cards, perishable goods
